Pregnant Dreams
Pregnant Dreams, a juried exhibition, explored the idea that pregnancy permeates into our dreams and manifests itself there.
Artists from New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island contributed works related to dreams the artists or their subjects had
about becoming pregnant, being pregnant, longing to become pregnant, or illustrations of wild dreams they had while pregnant.
Perhaps the most touching story was that of artist Jorge Guzman from New York, who painted an image of a woman who was considered
very beautiful before she had been badly disfigured in a fire and dreams of marriage and children.
This exhibit was the first of many to come in the little gallery.
The gallery is empty.
